Elsewhere, Alphas, Victor and a group of scientists were heading towards North with Ken trailing them while trying to be as discreet as possible. Kimberly’s trick had worked and they were now able to see everywhere Alphas was going and not only that, they were also able to see Florence too who used to have regular sex with Alphas.
Ken, Fernandez and Bladen got to a point where they felt it would no longer be safe for them to follow the group inside their car. Ken was driving.
“Does this car have camouflage?” Fernandez asked.
“No.” Ken answered. He was driving. they were pretty in the middle of nowhere and the only thing they could see was arid land stretching at a great distance and it was at night.
“I can see we are in a place called Turbi, and we are off road in the middle of nowhere heading North.” Bladen said.
“We could get into trouble with anyone where, Ethiopian militia do cross here and kill people. There
doesn’t even seem to be any police around.” Fernandez said.
Alphas and his group were about 100km away.
“Do they really know we are following them?” Ken asked.
“Even if they do, they do not seem to care.” Fernandez said. His statement surprised Bladen who felt it would be a bad idea to follow someone who already knows you are following them. He just hopped they
were not being monitored by anyone.

North Star.
It was a place in the middle of nowhere. West of Turbi forest, and far North of Kenya lay an expansive oil field with state-of-the-art equipment which had drilled to almost 12 miles underground. There was a small
well-built settlement, a village that had everything.
Lying on top of a small hill, with Ken keeping vigil to ensure they were safe, Fernandez and Bladen were busy mapping the area, taking photos, taking notes and recording anything that might be useful

“What I know, Kenya is such a wonderful country and with a lot of mysteries.” Fernandez said.
Ken was scanning the place. It was already mid-morning and the sun was beginning to burn them but it was slowly getting cloudy.
“The place does not seem to be guarded…” Fernandez said.
“What I know, a place with no physical or human guard is a dangerous place, probably secured with technology such that anything that goes close just gets killed.” Bladen said while using his pair of binoculars to scan all around the facility.
“Yes, you have a point.” Fernandez said.
Evelyne could only wonder how such a place did not even exist in any of satellite images which could only mean one thing: they were probably able to hide anything from satellites.
At the center was a huge word GLOIL.
It was obvious an oil company was there but the great question was: why was it so discreet?
“Seems your boy landed himself a top job in some mysterious oil company.” Fernandez told Ken.
“Once I am done with this assignment, I am going to kill him.” Ken said.
“Fine, you shall decide what to do with him.” Fernandez said.
“I think we should just go back now; we have the information we wanted. We shall plan later on how to get in there and see something of importance. From here we cannot see much.” Bladen said.
Some communication came through to Fernandez from Evelyne, “Honey, I think you people should try to get in there and get more information.”
“What if it’s a decoy? We should be careful.” Fernandez said.
Evelyne had analyzed the images and was convinced it was not a decoy. “It seems like the real thing to me. Besides, there are no guards there.”
“Technology might be guarding that place.” Fernandez said.
“Then there is only one way to know, at least one of you should go there and see if he can get more information.” Evelyne urged them on “Let me disguise myself and go.” Fernandez said.
Armed with the invisibility spray, Fernandez descended from the hill and headed towards the facility.
There was all manner of activities there. Alphas and Victor were seated on one table together just talking.
Victor was totally unaware that Alphas had long since fucked his wife.
Fernandez went all around trying to avoid bumping into the people until he got inside a conference hall where there was a meeting going on. The fact that the people did not seem to care about securing the place simply did not make sense to Fernandez. Be he figured out, place so invisible to satellites probably did not even need to be secured since it was already secured!
In front was a map being projected. Someone was taking them through the map explaining every bit of it.
“Right here, is the North star.” The man said and pointed on the map where the facility sat, “And beyond the North star, going to the north are our major points of interest. As you can all see, some of these channels go all the way to Saudi Arabia. This means one thing: if we can manage to shut them at this point…” the man pointed at some place at the shore of red sea, just inside Saudi Arabia, “then we can manage to have all oil for Kenya.”
“Then right here…” the man pointed at another channel that seemed to go all the way to Nigeria,” is also another underground natural way for Oil too. As you can also see, even the oil in Nigeria somehow comes from Kenya. In fact, it is like Kenya is home to all oil on the world just that Kenya does not seem to know
that.”
Fernandez was keen to know everything they were talking but could not even ask any question. No one seemed to even detect his presence! He was just thinking: Evelyne must be a great woman how on earth did she come to make such a spray!
As the meeting progressed, Fernandez got to know so many things that he could never imagine. The people seemed to be great petrol engineers. Ronald Jack, the man who had initially hijacked Alphas and
forced him to take him to Thika was the one chairing the meeting.
When he stood up to talk, everyone seemed to keenly follow whatever he was saying.
“And the sooner we stop the oil that is flowing out of this place over here,” he pointed at the map and circled an area which had a radius of around 400 miles, it spread all the way to Moyale, North horr,
Marsabit, Gatab, and inside Ethiopia some areas like Gidole and Finchawa were inside, “We shall slowly take over the oil production in the world. The major oil producers shall have no more oil reserves and we will be able to set up the price and market the product ourselves.”
Ronald continued, “Remember also that our special cars uses special type of fuel only gotten from this place. As I had told you earlier, the fuel is a complex mixture of the finest of it that comes from nowhere else but Kenya, but as the oil flows out of here, we are slowly running out of the fuel and sooner, our cars might be grounded.”
“What if we take various oils that flow to those places can we mix it ourselves?” someone asked.
“No, we cannot. We need to obtain this fuel while it is still fresh from the earth’s crust. For now, since we are running out of it, we will for the next few weeks only have two of such cars on the road. Redeploy the rest of the drivers but for us here, we shall need Alphas and Victor on our side since they are the best drivers. So, we cannot have to miss their fuel. So, we re planning to slow down the activities in the gulf and Nigeria since once their activities are slowed down, we shall have more time to tap the resource from here.” Ronald said.
“Will Russia help us?” Someone asked.
“Yes, already 4,000 guns are being prepared to be smuggled to Nigeria. Boko Haram is being armed so that they will raid and destabilize the region, bomb the oil wells and destroy the facilities. That means
Nigeria will for a few weeks slow down from tapping from this channel and we shall have more with us.
For Saudi Arabia, already in Yemen we have gained control of some militia groups and they are going to ensure no activity goes on there in the south of Saudi Arabia. But as you all know; we cannot rely on destabilizing nations all the time since the armies are getting stronger. We need a permanent solution,
but for that, we shall discuss in our next meeting.” Ronald said.
And with that the meeting seemed to come to an abrupt end. While still invisible, Fernandez slowly stood up and walked away trying as much as possible not to bump into anyone.
Evelyne and Kimberly on the other end had downloaded the entire conversation.
“This is serious, do you even believe him?” Kimberly asked Evelyne.
“Whether he is saying the truth or not, it seems they do not care. They are so sure of themselves and they
know no one can stop them. It is why they do not seem to care. It is so amazing!” Evelyne said.
When Fernandez returned to where Ken and Bladen were, he did not even know where to begin. He had heard more than enough for that day.
“Tell us, what next?” Ken asked Fernandez.
“I have some bad news for you, in summary, continue protecting Alphas since they still need him more
than before, if he dies, it might slow them down and we might not get to know what we wish to know…”
Fernandez said.
Ken inhaled deeply, turned around and said, “Oh! Great! Just great!”
